Automatically capture bug information in Team Foundation Server using Internet Explorer Add In

How many times have you seen a bug report that the original filer did not provide enough information to regress or test the bug being reported?

Well the Microsoft Developer Tools UK Sales Team wants to help change that!
(http://blogs.msdn.com/ukvsts/archive/2007/01/02/automatically-raise-bugs-from-ie.aspx).

They have come up with an add-in to Internet Explorer to easily allow testers / developers to raise a bug against the currently loaded page.
The bug report will be automatically generated to include all the information a developer needs to reproduce and resolve the problem, including:

  * A screenshot
  * HTML source of the page and any frames and IFrames
  * Any style sheets referenced by the page
  * Any script files referenced by the page
  * Details about the user’s machine and browser (OS version, browser version, screen size)

You can view screenshots or download the plug-in here!
